The Castle Hotel has joined the Bradford Music Collective -
which as its name suggests is a collective made up of promoters, managers and proprietors from a number of Bradford music related venues.
First Spring Beer Festival A Success!

Thanks to everyone who came and sank a pint or more at our First Spring Beer Festival everyone had a great time.
Keep an eye out for the next beer festival - no firm date has been set but it should be towards the end of the summer and will have a slightly different format.
Thursday Night Jam Sessions

Players, singers, and drinkers required for Ever Popular Accoustic Jam Session on Thursday nights from 7 pm onwards.
All levels and musical tastes can be catered for, but that's up to you!
Don't be shy, come and join us, the more the merrier.

After the success of the beer festival back in November 2008 it was only a matter of time before the next one was announced...
The First Spring Beer Festival will take place at the Castle from the 24th to the 26th April. See the beer festival page for full details.
The Bluesman

On the 20th February The Castle will be playing host to the Roger Sutcliffe, the Bluesman featuring acoustic and electric
guitars. This promises to be a be a great night's entertainment!

February Real Ale Update

We've updated the list of real ale for February - there are beers from Old Spot, Red Lion & Wychwood.
There will be more beers appearing in the list shortly.

So, the Castle now has its own official home on the internet - http://www.castle-hotel-bradford.co.uk.
We'll keep the site up to date regarding events and entertainment and the ever changing array of real ales and other drinks. The Castle is a free house, so if there's a particular real ale you love, and would like us to get it in, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
If you have any old photos of The Castle - let us know, we'd love to publish them on the site!
2009 promises to be a very exciting year for the pub - there will be all sorts of entertainment, beer festivals and other celebrations and hopefully some other interesting developments. Of course, you can stay up to date by checking the site regularly, or by subscribing to the RSS feed on this very page.
